It is specially designed for wheelchair-bound individuals. It helps individuals with disability to move from the wheelchair to an automobile, bath or bed. These transfer boards are made with HDPE, more lightweight, durable, easy-to-use and keep patient safe and secure during activities with 2 sides anti-slip pads to make the board easy to hold and not easily slide out of position. The special curve design can work well around wheelchair arms and making transfer between 2 surfaces easier. Hence, it reduces risk of slip and fall.

HOW TO USE

    Place the wheelchair as close to the bed as possible.

    Sliding Transfer Board works as a bridge between the bed and wheelchair.

    Place the board underneath patient’s hip area and the other side on the other surface.

    Remove the board after transfer. Same method can be used for transferring from wheelchair to car seat.
