Campaign Terms & Conditions


  1. This General Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to all ongoing and future campaigns by SUBPLACE, a platform run by Abletech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1332315-V) (“SUBPLACE”) and shall be deemed and read as an integral part of each individual campaign terms and conditions. Any reference to the Terms shall be in reference to both the Terms and each individual campaign terms and conditions unless stated otherwise. In the event there is a conflict between the Terms and the terms and conditions of each individual campaign, the Terms shall prevail.

  2. By participating in any of the campaigns held by Subplace, you hereby agree to be bound by this Terms, any other relevant terms and conditions, and all policies of the platform available at

  3. SUBPLACE reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the Terms without prior notice to you and you shall be bound to observe, perform, and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.

  4. SUBPLACE shall be entitled to take any form of action against any person or entity who abuses the campaign, including but not limited to, any suspicious activities or any attempts to circumvent the terms and conditions herein.

  5. SUBPLACE’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. No further correspondence will be entertained.

  6. SUBPLACE shall not be liable for any claim by any person, entity or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims resulting from or in connection with the campaign.

  7. You acknowledge and agree that SUBPLACE reserves the rights to disqualify your participation in the campaign if: i) you are found or suspected of tampering with the campaign mechanics or the operation of the campaign; ii) you are found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities that are harmful to the campaign; or iii) you are in breach of the Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SUBPLACE reserves the right to reject the participation of any person or entity in the campaign at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

  8. SUBPLACE does not take any responsibility in the event you are prevented from participating in the campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specifics or due to force majeure which, including but not limited to, regulatory and/or government directive, act of God, strikes, accidents, terrorism, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes, interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, or computer (software and hardware) services.

  9. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the products and/or services will be delivered to you within the time period stated in your respective subscription agreement with the Biz Partner (depending on the modes of fulfilment chosen). All stated delivery dates are approximate until and unless fixed by both you and the respective Biz Partner. SUBPLACE shall not in any way be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenses for failures to meet any delivery date.

  10. This Terms may also be available in other language as SUBPLACE requires. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the other language version of this Terms, the English version of this Terms shall prevail.

  11. In the event any of the provision of the Terms is held invalid, illegal, and unenforceable under any applicable law or jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. All remaining provision of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect

  12. No delay or indulgence by SUBPLACE in enforcing any of the terms and conditions herein shall constitute a waiver by SUBPLACE of your breach of the Terms.

  13. This Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

SUBPLACE Meriahnya Raya Campaign


1.        Introduction. This SUBPLACE’S Meriahnya Raya Campaign (“Campaign”) is held by SUBPLACE, a platform run by Abletech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201901022986 (1332315-V)) (“SUBPLACE”). By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein (“Campaign Terms and Conditions'') which are intended to be read together with the SUBPLACE General Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) which is available at In the event there is a conflict between the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail.

2.        Campaign Period. The Campaign Period will be from 4th March 2024 (12:00 am) to 14th April 2024 (11:59 pm). SUBPLACE may in its absolute discretion, curtail or extend the Campaign Period as it may deem necessary.


3.       Eligibility. This Campaign is open to all customers of SUBPLACE (for new and existing customers).


4.       Campaign Details. The Campaign Details shall be as follows:

a.                   In order to participate in this Campaign, customers must collect and apply the respective 

Promo Code:


                                                 i.          RM3 off with min. spend RM80;

                                                ii.          RM6 off with min. spend RM180;

                                              iii.          RM9 off with min. spend RM280;

                                              iv.          RM15 off with min. spend RM500;


(the above promo codes shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the PROMO CODE and each the PROMO CODES)


b.             Each customer can use each PROMO CODES a maximum of 5 times. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of each PROMO CODE is not stackable per transaction.

c.             The PROMO CODES are applicable for the One-Off Purchase or Subscription Plan on SUBPLACE, which is only claimable during the 1st month transaction.

d.             The PROMO CODES are applicable for selected products only.

e.             The PROMO CODES are not applicable on any of the Charity Plans on SUBPLACE.


5.       This PROMO CODE is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged by the customers for cash whether in part or full.


6.       SUBPLACE will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement PROMO CODE, discounts credits, cash, or otherwise compensate customers for:

1.        Discontinued or cancelled PROMO CODES;

2.        Improper use of, or inability to redeem a PROMO CODE; and/or

3.        The inability of a customer to redeem a PROMO CODE due to technical issues.


7.       SUBPLACE reserves the right to change these Campaign Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Campaign (or promotions related to it) at any time without further notice to the customers.

Absolut Bazaar X Festival Gaya Raya e-Duit Raya

Terms and Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of promotional e-Duit Raya.

2. The e-Duit Raya is exclusively valid for redemption at the Absolut Bazaar X Festival Gaya Raya 2024 (“Event”) and is useable only from 29 March 2024 (12:00 PM) to 1 April 2024 (2:59 AM).

3. Each e-Duit Raya can be shared with a minimum value of RM10.

4. Any remaining unused e-Duit Raya value will be forfeited by the end of the Event at 03:00 AM, on 1 April 2024.

5. The e-Duit Raya is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full. It is valid exclusively for transactions at the participating booth.

6. Unless otherwise stated, E-coupon are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

7. We reserve the right to change and/or modify the terms and conditions of this e-Duit Raya without prior notice. Any alterations will take effect immediately.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, any remaining unused e-Duit Raya on after the validity period will be forfeited and will not be refunded
